Carl Vineyard, P.E.  QSTI
Mr. Vineyard is the President of Engineering for Grace Consulting, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, New York, and Texas. Mr. Vineyard is also a Qualified Stack Test Individual and has worked in the industry for over 30 years.

Hal Stiles
Mr. Stiles is the Manager of Operations of GCI Inc and serves as the Director of GCI Mercury Division. He has served as Crew Chief and Project Manager on over 1,100 test programs. Mr. Stiles has completed the required testing and is well on his way to being named a Qualified Stack Test Individual.  Mr. Stiles has worked in the industry for over 25 years.

Frank Whitt
Mr. Whitt serves as the North Carolina Office Manager and CEMS Specialist. He has been specializing in air sampling for almost 20 years and has supervised thousands of emissions test programs. Mr. Whitt is also a member of the Air and Waste Management Association and the Source Evaluation Society.

Tim Moody
Mr. Moody has been supervising emissions sampling tests for over 13 years. Some of his industry training includes Total Quality Management Training, EPA 40 CFR, Parts 60, 75 and 266 Training. Mr. Moody has supervised many tests on units including coal and oil fired boilers, various industrial sources, foundries, and incinerators.

Scott Teague
Mr. Teague has been focused on the air sampling industry since 1991. Throughout his career, he has performed over 2,500 RATAs. His professional affiliations include Air and Waste Management Association and Source Evaluation Society.

Michael Whitt
Mr. Whitt has been supervising test programs since 2001. He has experience with many test methods including Flow and Gas RATA’s, Ontario Hydro, Particulate Methods, HVT and VOC testing. Mr. Whitt is also efficient in analyzer, meter, pump and all other equipment repair.  He also aided in the manufacturing of Precision Flow© equipment.

Pat Young
Mrs. Young, Office Manager of North Carolina Operations, is responsible for report preparation, invoicing, scheduling, and the like. Her extensive experience began in 1985 when she entered the air sampling industry.  Mrs. Young insures that all paperwork is completed in accordance with federal regulations.

Stacy Sword
Mrs. Sword serves as the Office Manager of Ohio Operations. Supervision of office personnel, scheduling, test notifications, and report preparation are some of her many responsibilities. Mrs. Sword has been coordinating communications between GCI Crews, our clients, and federal agencies for more than 15 years.
